Our annual winter blend — gone for the season. A natural-process Sumatran with a Guatemalan Huehuetenango makeweight, roasted to land between medium and dark, then rested a week before bagging. Cinnamon, clove, dried cherry, a finish that reads almost mulled.

Sold out for 2024. Subscribe to the newsletter to be notified when next year's release is roasted; it usually surfaces in early November.
