A light roast filter blend designed as a counterpoint to North Star — soft, floral, almost translucent in the cup. Built around a washed Yirgacheffe lead with a Colombian Huila supporting role.

Brews exceptionally on the V60 and Chemex. We do not recommend it for espresso; it is engineered to be tasted, not extracted aggressively.
