Honey
- Cocoa Nib
- Dried Fig
- Almond
From the high-altitude volcanic soils of Huehuetenango, this lot is grown above 1,800m by independent producers in the La Libertad region. Where Yirgacheffe sings and Colombia comforts, Huehuetenango is the cup that surprises — cocoa nib, dried fig, and a quiet almond finish.
Honey processing rounds out what would otherwise be sharp acidity. A favourite for Aeropress and stovetop moka.
