Barrel-Aged Ethiopia · Whisky Cask
Natural
- Whisky
- Oak
- Date
A natural-process Ethiopia Guji rested for ninety days in a freshly emptied single-malt cask. The result is a coffee that reads like a digestif — dried fruit, oak, a thread of whisky on the finish that disappears on the second sip and returns on the third.
Limited to forty kilograms total. When this batch is gone, the next will be different — different cask, different green, different season. That is the point.
